Not so much a complaint, more just a query/point of note.

I ordered these items as a part of my wife’s Christmas, and they were intended to be a surprise for her. They were ordered using my own name via your website, and paid for with my own paypal account. The order arrived today, and for some reason, even though the paypal dispatch notice says to send them to me, they were addressed to my wife, Louise. Needless to say she opened the package, and the surprise is now ruined.

I know she has ordered from you previously, and because she does not have a paypal account of her own, I made the payment on her behalf. On that occasion however, I recall the order came addressed to me, as that was what paypal said to do.

As I say, it’s not a complaint about the items, they themselves are perfect, it is just a shame that a part of her Christmas surprises has now needlessly been wasted. I am also not quite understanding how you came to marry up my order with her name as it was not given when placing this particular order at all?

I would appreciate your comments.

Dear Customers - If you are placing an order and it's a surprise gift , please leave a note on the delivery address saying who to address the parcel too .
